Special Project: project manager and art-buyer.
The brief asked for the creation of rubbish filled Adshels in Auckland’s CBD to show the period of time vs volume of rubbish produced that gets cleaned up in the City. We engaged the services of an art department to collect a broad spectrum of rubbish and create some rubbish pieces as we couldn’t use unhygenic food scraps inside the Adshels. We then did a stills shoot by the Adshels, scattering rubbish in their vicinity to show how the streets would look if the rubbish wasn’t cleaned up and collected – much to passer-bys shock and horror.
